When you use DummyZone, we may collect information necessary to fulfill your flight itinerary and temporary reservation requests:
- Account Credentials: Full name, email address, phone number, and securely hashed passwords (using salted bcrypt).
- Passenger Details: Title, given names, surname, date of birth, gender, nationality, and optional passport number or expiry date when needed for airline hold creation.
- Booking & Transaction Records: Selected flight routes, departure dates, hold durations, payment status, gateway transaction IDs, and currency amounts.
- Technical Logs: IP address, browser type, operating system, and session timestamps for fraud detection and security audit trails.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your personal and travel data is used strictly for legitimate business purposes:
- Creating and transmitting flight hold reservations to airline distribution partners and suppliers.
- Generating verifiable PDF travel itineraries and booking confirmation records.
- Communicating updates, date modifications, and support responses regarding your orders.
- Preventing payment fraud, unauthorized access, and cyber attacks.
- Complying with statutory financial reporting and accounting requirements.
3. Payment Information Security
DummyZone does not collect, process, or store credit card numbers or banking PINs on its servers. All payments are handled directly and securely by Google Pay (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). We receive only tokenized payment confirmations and gateway transaction IDs to verify your order.
4. Third-Party Disclosures
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We disclose your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- To authorized flight suppliers and airline reservation systems solely to secure the requested flight hold.
- To payment gateway providers to complete the transaction you authorized.
- To law enforcement or regulatory authorities if strictly required by applicable legal process or court order.
5. Data Retention and Traveler Rights
We retain booking records and audit logs for the period necessary to fulfill tax, legal, and operational requirements. You have the right to request a copy of your personal data, request correction of inaccurate details, or request account deletion by emailing our support desk.
