1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the services provided on https://dummyzone.com (the “Platform”, “Website”, “DummyZone”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you (“User”, “Customer”, or “Traveler”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all terms herein, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

2. Scope of Services

DummyZone operates as an independent travel technology service provider offering:

• Flight itinerary compilation for personal travel planning and consular document requirements.
• Temporary reservation hold assistance through global travel suppliers and airline distribution partners.
• Document formatting, verification portals, and PDF itinerary generation.
• Customer support for itinerary modifications and flight schedule inquiries.

DummyZone is not an airline carrier. We do not operate aircraft and do not control airline scheduling decisions, gate assignments, or flight cancellations.

3. Document Classifications and Verification

To maintain complete transparency and adhere to international consumer protection and consular guidelines, documents generated by DummyZone are classified into clear, distinct tiers:

• PROPOSED ITINERARY: A preliminary schedule reflecting flight timetables, airline routes, and passenger information prepared for travel planning or submission before reservation processing.
• TEMPORARY RESERVATION: A temporary booking hold requested through our supplier channels with an explicit validity expiration period (typically 48 hours, 7 days, or 14 days).
• CONFIRMED RESERVATION: A reservation verified directly with a legitimate supplier confirmation code.
• E-TICKET: A fully ticketed airline booking bearing an official e-ticket number issued by an authorized airline ticketing desk.

DummyZone strictly prohibits the fabrication of airline confirmation codes, e-ticket numbers, or false airline endorsement marks.

4. Customer Obligations & Accuracy of Information

The Customer is exclusively responsible for providing complete, true, and accurate passenger information matching the passenger's government-issued travel passport, including full legal given names, surnames, dates of birth, and nationality. DummyZone bears no responsibility for delays, rejections, or costs arising from customer typographical errors.

5. Service Fees, Payments, and Taxes

All airfares, taxes, and service fees on DummyZone are displayed and billed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Service fees are charged on a one-time per-booking basis. Payments are processed securely via Google Pay. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our dedicated Refund and Cancellation Policy. In summary:

• If DummyZone or its suppliers are unable to fulfill your requested reservation, a 100% full refund is issued.
• Voluntary cancellation requests submitted prior to document processing are eligible for credit or refund subject to administrative review.
• Once a temporary hold is active with suppliers or the itinerary document has been generated and delivered, the service fee is non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall DummyZone, its founders, directors, employees, or technical partners be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from consular visa refusals, flight cancellations, airline schedule adjustments, missed appointments, or travel disruptions. In any event, DummyZone's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the service fee actually paid by the Customer for the specific booking in question.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
